QA Engineer (Hanoi - Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be part of the global QA organization responsible for testing entire product solution which includes cloud application, user application, system and/or embedded software testing.

Interface with different engineering teams in completing all assigned testing, whether manual or automated, according to schedule.
Support debugging and assist in collecting/analyzing data from customer requests.
Prepare clear and insightful written documentation as needed from the different stakeholders.
Work with a geographically dispersed development and QA teams.
Travel to customer premises and will interact with customers.

Requirements:

BS or MS in Electronics, Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 5 years of relevant testing experience. Product-based testing experience is a must.
Experience in using test management tools (TestRail, JIRA) is a must.
Experience with developing or testing of customer-premise equipment (CPE) such as residential gateways and/or IOT devices are preferred.
Knowledgeable in IP networking protocols (Such as TCP/IP/UDP), VLANs, LACP, ERPS are preferred.
Experience with network configuration of DSL, OLT/ONT is a plus.
Experience in networking analyzers/tools such as Spirent, Ixia, Wireshark, iPerf, ixChariot, MT2 is a plus.
Knowledge in SDNs, web services, API/REST testing is a plus.
Experience with GPON Analyzer/Simulator Tools such as MT2, GPON Xpert, Tracespan is a plus.
Knowledge and experience of testing concepts and methodologies including agile methodology, test case creation, bug fixing and test reporting.
Be highly flexible to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Be self-motivated, dedicated, focused, and able to meet demanding project schedules with minimal supervision.
Good English Language skills, verbal and written
Prior experience working with hybrid/remote teams is a plus.
