Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end testing for AXON’s software and enterprise networking solutions.
- Define and implement effective test strategies across functional, regression, performance, and interoperability testing.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure strong test coverage for telecommunication cloud services and enterprise networking components (e.g., routers, firewalls, SD-WAN).
- Work closely with architects, developers, product managers, and support teams to ensure release quality.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions to embed quality early in the development process.
- Act as a QA technical reference, mentoring others through guidance and best practices (no direct people management).
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and QA methodologies.
- Define, track, and report QA metrics and quality indicators.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in QA or related roles (manual and/or automation).
- Experience with QA automation frameworks and API testing tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Postman)
- Solid experience working in Linux environments (command line).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Xray).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, distributed systems) is a plus
- Experience testing cloud-native systems, VNFs, or CNFs is a plus.

- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Hanoi.
